Warranties Access to the Site/Services is provided “as is”, “as available”, but we do our best and take all reasonably possible technical and legal measures to ensure that the use of our site is secure and to ensure the security and lawful use of the information you provide. We are not liable for any criminal, illegal, negligent or inaction on the part of third parties associated with the use of the Site/Services, in whatever form such actions may take. In the event of a legal dispute, it shall be governed by the laws in force in Italy and heard by the competent court having jurisdiction. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 2A NET Srls be liable to you under any legal theory for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages, including, without limitation, loss of revenue or income, loss of profits, pain and suffering, emotional distress, the cost of substitute goods or services, or similar damages suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising in connection with the Services or their termination for any reason), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2A NET Srls shall not be liable in any way for any content published or made available through the Services (including claims of infringement relating to such content), for your use of the Services, or for the conduct of third parties on or through the Services. In accordance with applicable regulations, 2A NET Srls hereby informs you that a European online dispute resolution platform is available to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of disputes for consumers.
